Lydia is also a Certified Microsoft Master Instructor and handles all technological aspects of Cranston Real Estate including our technical marketing, 360 Virtual Tour programs, Web Site and network systems.  She provides in-house trainings for all salespersons as well as one-on-one computer support.

In 2004 Lydia purchased Cranston Real Estate from the founder, Harold Cranston, and became the Broker/Owner of the company.

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Ohio Association of Realtors, West Virginia Association of Realtors®, Elkins Randolph Board of Realtors®, REBAC, SAREC and an officer for the Marietta Board of Realtors®.  She is also active in community organizations and causes such as the Marietta Chamber of Commerce, Marietta Memorial Home Nursing and Hospice and the Muskingum Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Lydia is a designated Internet Professional through the National Association of Realtors with the e-Pro designation.  She also has achieved the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation and has special training and certification to serve her customers age 55 and older. 

In addition, Lydia is also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and an Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRM®).  This designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.  She is currently completing her CRS and CRB training as well.  Additionally, she holds the Accredited Staging Professional designation for Home Staging.

The Eco-Broker designation has also been awarded to Lydia. EcoBroker is the premiere green designation program for real estate professionals. EcoBroker Certified® professionals help clients market properties with green features, save money, and live comfortably, through energy efficiency and environmentally-sensitive choices.

Lydia also is a Resort and Second Property Specialist and is involved with representing sellers and buyers for resort and second home real estate investments.

Lydia continues teaching and public speaking as a Real Estate Instructor.

She resides in Marietta with her husband, Robert and daughters, Elena and Carmen.  Her personal interests include spending time with her family, skiing, surfing the net, playing the piano, involvement with church/community organizations, taking nature hikes and reading.
